Article 2 : General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern the sale of Products and Services through the Company’s websites and form an integral part of the contract between the Buyer and the Seller. They are fully binding upon the Buyer, who acknowledges having accepted them prior to placing an order.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on its website. The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date of the order or subscription to the relevant Service.

These T&Cs are available on the Company’s website at the following address: www.lanxor.fr/en/terms-of-sale

For subscription-based Services, the T&Cs applicable to the Customer are those in force on the date of the initial subscription and shall remain applicable throughout the duration of the ongoing subscription. Any subsequent amendment to the T&Cs shall apply to existing subscriptions only if expressly accepted by the Customer following prior notice provided under conditions allowing the Customer, where applicable, to terminate the subscription.

The Company also ensures that acceptance is clear and unconditional through the use of a checkbox and a validation click. The Customer acknowledges having read these Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety, as well as any Special Terms and Conditions applicable to a Product or Service, and accepts them without restriction or reservation.

Unless proven otherwise, the information recorded by the Company shall constitute evidence of all transactions.

Article 3 : Pricing and Payment Terms

The Products and Services offered by the Seller are supplied at the prices in effect on the Seller’s websites on the date of the order or subscription to the relevant Service.

Applicable prices are available on commercial presentation pages, quotations, pricing appendices, or pricing schedules specific to each Product or Service.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are expressed in euros (€) excluding taxes (VAT excluded). Applicable taxes (VAT and any other applicable taxes) are calculated based on the Customer’s location and the tax regime applicable at the time of the order. The total amount inclusive of all taxes is displayed before final confirmation and payment.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

New prices shall apply immediately to new orders and subscriptions.

Article 3.2 : Payments

Payments are due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-ordered Products, unless otherwise specified for certain Products or Services.

The Customer may pay by bank card through the payment service provider used by the Seller at the time of payment.

For recurring subscriptions, several payment attempts may be made. If successive attempts fail, the Seller reserves the right to suspend access to the Services associated with the subscription until the situation has been regularized.

Article 3.3 : Subscriptions

Products and Services offered on a subscription basis are billed recurrently according to the billing cycle selected by the Customer upon subscription (monthly, yearly, or otherwise depending on the applicable offer).

Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions are automatically renewed upon expiration for a period equivalent to the initial subscription term.

The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time from their customer account or by any other means provided by the Seller.

Cancellation shall take effect at the end of the current subscription period unless otherwise provided in the specific terms applicable to the relevant Service.

Article 3.4 : Refunds

Unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions or a specific commercial commitment made by the Seller, amounts paid are non-refundable.

Any subscription period that has commenced remains payable in full for the current billing period.

As an exception, the Seller may, at its sole discretion, accept the cancellation and refund of a subscription where no use or consumption of the Service has occurred since the subscription date. The absence of use shall be determined by the Seller based on its monitoring systems and activity logs.

In the event of a major malfunction exclusively attributable to the Seller that renders the Service completely inaccessible for an extended period, the Seller may, depending on the circumstances, offer a full or partial refund, a service credit, or an extension of the Service period.

Refund requests must be submitted through the contact methods indicated on the Seller’s website.
